Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for a two-day return window from the date of delivery. Requests for refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated if more than 2 days have passed since the product was received. To be eligible for a return within the specified window, the item must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Damaged upon delivery.
- Missing accompanying items or components.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
Please ensure that the return shipment includes all original accessories, warranty cards, and price tags. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. If your refund request is approved or rejected, you will be notified accordingly. Refunds will be processed if the product passes the quality inspection.
Please allow 5-7 days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account. The arrival of the exchanged item may vary based on your location, and we recommend using a trackable delivery service or shipment insurance to minimize risks. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
